2. When two or more suggestions for the same term is received within one update cycle, GDD will, on its own discretion, select and publish the more accurate / more complete suggestion.
3. GDD does not guarantee that your suggestion will be accepted.
4. GDD reserves the right to remove listings after they have been added to the GDD site, for any reason, without prior notice or explanation.
5. By submitting a suggestion, you declare that your suggestion is original and does not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property of any other person / entity. You also agree to indemnify GDD and it's associated companies / assoiciated individuals from any liability for your submission.
6. By submitting a suggestion, you grant GDD permission to republish your entire submission on its web site(s) and any other documents, electronic or otherwise. You also grant permission for GDD to transfer redistribution rights thereof to third parties.
